ESAD 2018 Annual Catalogue Launch Blog Hop

Happy times! The new Stampin' Up! Annual Catalogue has just been released to the public as of the 1st June. Have you made your wish list yet? Mine gets longer every time I flick through the catalogue! The catalogue is available online and can be downloaded as a PDF or if you would like a hard copy (something to pop on the bedside table and peruse as you wind down from the day) give me a hoy!

For this blog post I am participating in a blog hop with twenty-seven other demonstrators who are all members of the ESAD Facebook group, that means lots and lots of inspiration for you! Make sure you have pen & paper beside you as I'm pretty confident that after seeing everyone's fabulous creations that you will need to add a item or two to your wish list!

For my project, I wanted to showcase the fabulous new stamp positioning tool, the Stamparatus. Quite a few of my customers have been counting down the days until the 1st of June, so that they can get their very own. We have been using my Stamparatus (that I got in the pre order) in card class and once someone uses it, they want one for themselves!

I really wanted to give the Round & Round Technique a go that I saw demonstrated by Alison Okamitsu, Alison's YouTube video can be viewed HERE. For my card I enlarged the square templates to four inches square.

This is the base of my card before I added the embellishments so you can see exactly how the technique ended up. Doesn't it look a bit like looking into one of those kaleidoscopes that we had as kids?! This technique is great for making wreaths out of your foliage stamps! Using this technique has them perfectly spaced out.

I've used the new stamp set Rooted in Nature, if you like the existing Lovely as a Tree stamp set, you are going to LOVE Rooted in Nature, oh so many beautiful images. It also has coordinating framelits, Nature's Roots and is a part of the gorgeous Nature's Poem Suite. Everything in this suite you need, take my word for it, the Designer Series Paper, the trinkets, the twine, all combine to create gorgeousness!!

I've also used the Detailed Trio punch AGAIN! It's definitely one of my favourite new products! A little sparkle is achieved with gold heat embossing, sequins and gold thread. The gold die cut is from the Little Loves Framelits.

Some inside love!

To continue on your journey, you just need to click the graphic below and upon doing that you will be transported over to see what Mandy Depiazzi has in store for you! If you ever get lost, there is a list at the end of my post with all the participants links.

Thank you so much for stopping by!

Cheers Megan xx
